Verter Turroni develops furniture through the sculptural possibilities of fibreglass. At Imperfetto Lab, moulding gives the material a continuous contour, while hand-finishing determines how the surface takes light. In Canoa, Turroni brings the profile of a hull into a bench. The upholstered seat and steel supports give that shape a way to receive the body and meet the floor.

Reserve

The workshop’s finishing process gives each shell its own surface. Changing the colour changes how light describes the moulded contour, bringing out different aspects of the same construction.
