Kalkeriet is pleased to present, in collaboration with the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, a poster featuring 'Everything I Have' by British artist Simon Evans (b. 1972), originally printed for Louisiana’s major international exhibition The World is Yours in 2009.

In this meticulously detailed work, Evans charts his entire inventory of personal belongings—over a thousand items—through small, hand-drawn illustrations arranged into an overwhelming visual archive. The result is a portrait of identity and memory formed not through grand narratives, but through the quiet accumulation of the everyday.

Evans, who first pursued a childhood dream of skateboarding in San Francisco before turning to writing, emerged as a visual artist in 2003. His signature practice combines collage, handwritten text, and delicate drawing to create poetic, often ironic reflections on ordinary life. In Everything I Have, his language is both personal and universal, as he transforms the mundane into something intimate and profound.

Presented at Louisiana as part of 'The World is Yours', the work introduced Danish audiences to a rising voice in contemporary art, among a diverse group of over 20 international artists.
