Kalkeriet Contemporary is pleased to present Easy Peasy, a LED lamp designed by Luca Nichetto in 2021 for Lodes, the Italian premium lighting brand. Like a set of friendly characters reminiscent of dolls, Easy Peasy portable and rechargeable lamps embody a playful spirit. Their sculptural design features minimal elegance with rounded shapes and eclectic color combinations, adding warmth and character to any environment. Dim-to -warm from 2200 to 2700K.

Luca Nichetto was born in Venice in 1976. He studied at the IUAV, the Venice University Institute of Architecture, from which he graduated in industrial design. In 1999, he started his career designing his first projects for Salviati using Murano glass. He went on to collaborate with Foscarini as a designer and consultant. Throughout his career, Nichetto has served as Art Director for a number of international design brands. His passion for the industry and passing on knowledge have led him to become a lecturer and lead workshops in several universities.

Venice-based Lodes has been designing and producing lighting solutions for interiors and exteriors since 1950. Originating in founder Angelo Tosetto’s passion for glass and informed by continuous technological research, the company has evolved into one of Europe’s leading designers and manufacturers of decorative lighting.
