Tafla O4 mirror is a bionic sculptural object made by Zieta Studio. The irregular shape of the mirror is an effect of inflating two-dimensional metal sheets with pressurized air – this way some slight distortions appear on the edges giving each object a unique character Oscar Zięta is an architect, artist and process designer. He is the author of the iconic PLOPP stool (2008) and other inflated steel projects on the verge between sculpture and functional objects. His works are in the collections of the Pompidou Center in Paris, Museum für Gestaltung in Zurich, and Victoria & Albert Museum, London, among others.
